1. Authorised use
Access is limited to the named organisation, environment, users, term, entitlements and purpose granted by a signed licence, order, POC authority or other written agreement. Users must protect credentials, use accurate information and follow role, source, approval, retention and lawful-processing controls.
This controlled operating notice describes the PursuitCore model and does not constitute legal advice. Each deployment must be reviewed against its contracts, processing inventory, infrastructure and applicable law.
2. Human accountability
PursuitCore supports opportunity discovery, assessment, readiness, decisions, response production and assurance. Authorised people remain responsible for buyer instructions, strategic judgement, legal and commercial review, claims, pricing, signatures and submission. A generated document is not approved merely because it renders.
3. Market information
SCOUT Signal is a read-only awareness service. Public and authorised-source information may be incomplete, delayed, amended or withdrawn. Users must open the original source before reliance. Forward Horizon is not an invitation to bid. Corporate Signals are not evidence of an award. Award values are shown only when explicitly published and may be withheld or amended.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Tenant-boundary bypass, unauthorised access, credential sharing, data exfiltration or security testing without written authority.
- Unlawful surveillance, discrimination, spam, malware, private-profile scraping or infringement of source terms and third-party rights.
- Representing an assisted recommendation as final human approval, legal advice, a buyer decision, signing or submission.
- Removing or circumventing ownership, provenance, audit, licensing or security controls.
- Copying, reverse engineering, hosting, reselling or commercialising PursuitCore beyond the written licence.
5. Availability and change
Showcase data is synthetic and may be reset. Pilot operation is time-bound and may enter restricted read-only mode when the licence ends. Production service levels, warranties, support, liability, data return and termination require an executed commercial agreement.
