1. Protect the opportunity
- Upload only information the organisation is authorised to process.
- Confirm extracted facts, dates, briefing obligations, requirements, points and addenda against the original source.
- Review every recommendation, price, claim, citation, chart and generated document before reliance.
- Keep passwords, API keys and provider credentials out of notes and uploads.
- Respect buyer confidentiality, copyright, access restrictions and submission rules.
2. Use SCOUT responsibly
- Use SCOUT for awareness, not as the sole source for a decision or submission.
- Do not infer an award, value, invitation or buyer intention where the source does not publish it.
- Use private-sector signals only under a licensed, public or tenant-authorised source.
- Submit a source correction when a material discrepancy is found.
3. Preserve accountable authority
PursuitCore may classify, retrieve, draft, calculate and recommend. Authorised people remain accountable for Bid/No-Bid decisions, risk acceptance, pricing, approval, signing and external submission.
This controlled operating notice describes the PursuitCore model and does not constitute legal advice. Each deployment must be reviewed against its contracts, processing inventory, infrastructure and applicable law.
