This controlled operating notice describes the PursuitCore model and does not constitute legal advice. Each deployment must be reviewed against its contracts, processing inventory, infrastructure and applicable law.
2. Records available without formal request
- Published product, legal, privacy and approved contact information.
- Public procurement source records linked through SCOUT Signal at the original publisher.
- Records deliberately released by the relevant private body.
- No customer-tenant record becomes public merely because PursuitCore stores or processes it.
3. Records held
- Corporate, governance, statutory, finance, tax, supplier and customer records.
- Employment, contractual, insurance and intellectual-property records.
- PursuitCore software, architecture, security, licensing, operations, audit and support records.
- Tenant account, company-readiness, opportunity and output records where the private body is the lawful record holder.
4. Request procedure
The requester must use the prescribed form, identify the record and right to be exercised or protected, prove identity and authority, specify the requested access form and pay any lawful fee. Requests are assessed against PAIA, POPIA, confidentiality, privilege, security, intellectual-property and third-party rights. Customer-controlled records are routed to the relevant Responsible Party.
5. Availability and deployment completion
The Information Regulator's current guide, forms, fees and submission channels govern each request. A production deployment must complete its Responsible Party details, processing inventory, recipient categories, retention periods and security measures before publication.
