1. Proprietary ownership
PursuitCore, including its source code, data model, workflows, design system, prompts, documentation, test assets, evidence structures, emblems and proprietary materials, is owned by Opticore Alliance and stewarded through Opticore Platforms, except for separately identified third-party components. It is proprietary and confidential.
2. Limited environment-bound rights
No right to install, access, evaluate, operate, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, host, reverse engineer, resell or commercialise PursuitCore exists unless expressly granted in writing. POC and Showcase rights are limited to the named organisation, OEM Operator, deployment identifier, runtime profile, release, term, capacity and purpose encoded in the signed licence or agreement.
3. OEM Operator boundary
OEM operating authority does not transfer ownership of PursuitCore or its canonical source. It permits the appointed operator to administer licensed customer environments and services within the written commercial and governance authority. Customer information remains governed by the applicable contract and law.
4. Restrictions
- Do not copy application code, images, containers, databases, documentation or proprietary materials beyond authorised backup and operation.
- Do not bypass licence, activation, tenant-isolation, provenance, audit or security controls.
- Do not remove ownership notices or use Opticore Alliance, Opticore Platforms or PursuitCore marks outside written brand authority.
- Reverse engineering is prohibited except only to the limited extent that a restriction is unenforceable under mandatory law.
5. Third-party software notices
Identified third-party software remains governed by its own licence terms. Those terms satisfy obligations for the identified component only and do not grant any right to PursuitCore's proprietary code, product identity, workflows, documentation or commercial operation. The controlled third-party notice and software bill of materials accompany the relevant release.
6. Data and outputs
The licence does not transfer ownership of customer data. Buyer-facing outputs follow the tenant's governed identity and buyer instructions; generation does not constitute approval or external submission.
This controlled operating notice describes the PursuitCore model and does not constitute legal advice. Each deployment must be reviewed against its contracts, processing inventory, infrastructure and applicable law.
